Nazar — free browser game

You defend yourself with a nazar boncuğu (Turkish evil-eye amulet) against glares opening from eight compass points around you. The amulet sits in the center; its pointer shows which direction it faces. Evil eyes randomly open at the eight points and a charge ring fills around each one — if a ring completes, that glare lands and costs you a life. Three lives and you're out. Turning the amulet to face an open eye instantly deflects it (+1 score). On the keyboard, 1–8 jump directly to a direction (1 = up, then clockwise); ←/→ or A/D rotate the amulet by 45°. With mouse or touch, click anywhere on the board in the direction you want — the amulet snaps to face that way and deflects any open eye there. Space or Enter starts the game; R restarts. As your score climbs, eyes open more often and their charges shorten — when several are open at once, prioritize whichever ring is closest to red. Green ring = safe, yellow = warning, red = imminent; the iris itself darkens as danger rises. Tip: don't waste rotations on empty directions; a wasted swing buys nothing but the distraction. When two adjacent eyes are open, zig-zagging with ←/→ can sometimes beat a 1–8 jump.
