Ghost Trail — free browser game

You are a small, glowing orb moving across a dark arena without ever stopping. Everywhere you move is being recorded — but the trail is INVISIBLE. Exactly 2 seconds later your old positions surface as ghosts: bright red dots appear, stay deadly for 1.5 seconds, then fade. Your one rule in a single line: don't touch an active red ghost. That means don't rewind into your past; if you complete a loop you've drawn, the start of the loop will have turned red just as you're about to close it, and it will catch you. Collecting the yellow gold orb earns +1 point; every 5 points your speed increases, and every 10 points the delay before a ghost surfaces gets a little shorter — so the arena narrows quickly. Change direction instantly with the arrow keys or WASD; Space starts/retries and R resets. On mobile, use the direction buttons. Strategy: avoid small, tight turns — a sharp reversal keeps the loop small and the ghost surfaces right in front of you; draw wide arcs, and plan which way you'll escape before you grab the gold. Touching the wall also ends the run; when moving along the edge of the arena, start curving away one step early. Your best score is saved in your browser.
