Candle Sync — free browser game

Candle Sync is an original balance game: a row of candles each fade at their own pace, and your job is to push every flame above a shared threshold at the same moment. Each candle has a tiny gauge on its side with a tick marking the sync threshold; the candle is 'bright enough' when its glow rises above that tick. Click or tap a candle (or press its number key, 1–7) to relight it to full brightness; its two neighbours also receive a small boost, so the order of your taps matters. When every candle is simultaneously above the threshold the Sync bar at the top fills, and if you hold them all bright for about a second you score and level up. Miss the sync and the bar drains twice as fast as it filled. If any candle stays completely dark for too long the game ends — so you can't ignore one for long. Every new level makes the candles fade faster, and a new candle is added every few levels up to seven. Tip: edge candles only have one neighbour to boost them and tend to die first; relighting an interior candle is more economical because two neighbours get the bonus at once. When the Sync bar is near full, save the slowest-fading candle for last so your final tap pulls everything else up with it.
