Float the Feather is a precision-and-anticipation game: a feather drifts down from the top of the field while randomly-placed gap-walls scroll up from below — your job is to steer through every gap. Gravity constantly pulls the feather down, and the wind meter at the bottom shows a shifting lateral breeze that drags it sideways: indicator to the right means the feather drifts right, left means left. You have two ways to push back. First, clicking anywhere on the board creates an expanding puff at the click point that pushes the feather AWAY from that spot — click below it to lift it up, click to its left to send it right. Second, the left/right arrow keys (or A/D) apply a steady horizontal force, perfect for fine-tuning over time; on mobile the on-screen Push buttons do the same. Each wall you slip through scores one point; as the run continues, the scroll speed ramps and the gap narrows. The feather bounces softly off the side walls — that's deliberate, so a strong gust isn't an instant loss; but if you fall off the bottom or hit a wall's solid section, the run ends and your best score is saved locally. Strategy: keep the feather near the middle — pinned against a side wall you have less room to fight a crossing breeze. When you're lining up a gap, prefer one well-placed puff over a flurry of tiny ones; the feather builds momentum and last-second turns are usually impossible. The moment the wind indicator flips direction, get a counter-puff in early to push the feather against the new drift before it picks up speed.
