Windmill Farm — free browser game

Windmill Farm is an alignment game where you operate a small wind farm. Five windmills sit on the field while animated streamlines show the wind direction. Each windmill faces one of eight directions (N, NE, E, … in 45° steps). Click or tap a windmill (or press 1-5) to rotate it 45° clockwise. Power output depends on how directly the blades face the wind: full power when aligned, zero at right angles or when facing the opposite way. The live total of all windmills feeds the meter at the top, and the running total drives your score. The wind does not sit still — every few seconds it smoothly turns to a new direction shown on the small compass. Your goal is to harvest as much energy as you can in 60 seconds. Each windmill has a colored ring that tells you how well it is producing — green means full output, yellow half, red almost nothing. Tip: when the wind shifts, fix the worst-aligned windmill first; if one is facing the opposite way it needs four clicks, but every partial turn already helps. Your best score is saved locally.
