Tips and detailed strategy
You fire a bullet outward from the glowing arrow at the centre of the wheel, but its path is crossed by three concentric spinning rings — each turns in a different direction and at a different speed, and each has a single gap. For your bullet to reach the outer edge, at the exact moment of firing all three gaps must be aligned with the direction the bullet will travel. Move the mouse to any point on the screen and the arrow points that way from the centre; for fine-tuning with the keyboard press A/D or ←/→. When you're ready, left-click, press Space or Enter to fire. The bullet moves outward at a constant speed rather than instantly — so what matters is not the alignment at the moment of firing, but the alignment at the instant the bullet reaches each ring; the rings keep spinning during this time, so you have to lead your timing. If the bullet meets a ring's gap it passes through; if not, it stops in that ring's body and the shot is wasted. Each successful shot is worth 1 point, and every 5 points you advance a 'tier': the rings' gaps narrow and their rotation speeds increase. Get as many bullets through as you can in 60 seconds; when time runs out your high score is saved automatically. Strategy: first catch the moment when the gaps of two nearby rings will meet — the outermost third ring usually turns the slowest, so think of it as a fixed 'window' and try to synchronise the inner ones to it; there's no penalty for a missed shot, so find the rhythm and build a streak.
