Needle Eye — free browser game

You hold the tip of a thread while a horizontal needle floats in front of you. There's a tiny eye at its middle, and the wind nudges the needle up and down — gently at first, then harder every level. Move your mouse (or your finger on touch screens) and the thread tip tracks you with a faint trailing line behind it. A pass only counts when the tip crosses the needle from above to below (or below to above) **inside the eye** — clip the needle outside the eye and a little tremor warns you that you missed. Each successful pass scores +1, the eye flashes, the needle slides off to the right and a fresh one floats in. Survive 60 seconds; your local best is saved automatically. Difficulty ramps quickly: the eye starts comfortably wide with almost no wind, then the eye shrinks, the wind swings the needle faster and wider, and from around six threads on a sudden gust shakes the needle. Tip: don't hover over the eye and wait — watch the needle's swing and pass through it just before it changes direction with a small 'S' sweep; trying to poke straight through one point gets nearly impossible once the wind ramps up, so ride the rhythm with continuous motion.
